Refund policy
America’s Hemp Company aims to provide a safe and hassle free shopping experience. That goes for having to get a refund. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to issue a refund or a replacement within 30 days with a few exceptions. Topical, tincture, and edible products need to be returned with at least 50% of the product in tack with a short explanation as to why the need to return. NO REFUNDS on flower or flower products. If cartridges are defective, we will happily replace with a new one. Just send us the old one back Any battery product or smoking accessory must go thru the manufacturer first for a replacement or refund and adhere to their policy. If they are not helpful, we will be happy to help.
